The Salt Lake City Bailliage warmly invites you to an exceptional evening of fellowship and celebration, held in conjunction with La Fête Nationale—France’s cherished national holiday—and our annual Chapitre, where we formally induct new members into the Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, the Société Mondiale du Vin, and the Ordre Mondial des Gourmets Dégustateurs (OMGD).

The evening will begin promptly at 6:00 PM with the Induction Ceremony, during which we will welcome new confrères and consœurs into our ranks with a glass of Champagne in hand. We are especially honored to receive Bailli Délégué Bertrand de Boutray as Induction Officer for this distinguished occasion. The program will also include elevations and awards recognizing service and excellence within our Bailliage.
Set amid the breathtaking alpine scenery of Snowbird Resort, the celebration continues with Hors d’œuvres, followed by a multi-course dinner, expertly paired with a curated selection of fine wines from Burgundy, Beaujolais, and Roussillon.
