Dear Confrères and Consoeurs,
The Salt Lake City Bailliage of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs invites you to an extraordinary evening of culinary discovery and heartfelt support.
Join us at Mazza, the beloved Salt Lake City restaurant founded by Ali Sabbah, a multi-time James Beard Award Finalist and pioneer of elevated Middle Eastern cuisine in Utah. As Ali navigates the challenges of keeping his doors open, we are proud to stand by him—with an exclusive, Chaîne-curated evening of fine food and wine, community, and purpose.

Lebanese Salad
Paired with Ksara Sunset Rosé
This vibrant, coral-hued rosé is made from Cabernet Franc and Syrah. It offers aromas of red berries and stone fruit, with a dry, refreshing finish—an ideal partner for the herbs and acidity of a classic Lebanese salad.

Château Kefraya Rouge
A bold, structured blend of Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Mourvèdre. This deep ruby red wine delivers black fruit, dried herbs, and subtle spice—perfect for richly seasoned chicken dishes.

From the legendary Château Musar estate, this youthful red blend of Cinsault, Syrah, and Cabernet Sauvignon is medium-bodied with lush red berries, soft tannins, and earthy undertones—beautifully suited to the robust flavors of lamb.
