2017 Tosti Riserva Giulio I Alta Langa DOCG – A refined Metodo Classico sparkling wine aged over 60 months on the lees, offering a beautifully balanced interplay of crisp orchard fruit, toasted brioche, and delicate minerality.

2022 Villa Antinori Toscana IGT – From the renowned Marchesi Antinori estate, this Sangiovese-based blend exudes ripe red berries, violets, and a touch of spice, with a velvety, lingering finish.

2001 Fontodi Flaccianello della Pieve IGT – A legendary 100% Sangiovese Super Tuscan from the esteemed Fontodi estate, now at its peak, delivering deep layers of black cherry, tobacco, and earth with remarkable elegance and structure.

1997 Novaia Classico Corte Vaona Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG – A stunningly mature Amarone from Novaia, unfolding with rich notes of dried figs, dark chocolate, espresso, and a whisper of balsamic, culminating in an opulent, lingering finish.
