Event Description

Join us for an exquisite evening at the La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs Induction Gala, an event that epitomizes culinary excellence and sophisticated conviviality. This elegant affair will be held at Kimi's Chop House in Holladay, UT, beginning at 6:30 PM.

6:30pm Reception on Patio: Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed with a selection of refined hors d'oeuvres, thoughtfully paired with outstanding sparkling wines. Enjoy mingling with fellow connoisseurs and members of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, all while savoring the following:

      7:00pm Induction Ceremony on Patio: The highlight of the evening will be the prestigious induction ceremony for new members of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs. This time-honored tradition is a solemn and celebratory event where new members are formally welcomed into the fraternity.

        Salade: The first course features a delicate Golden Beet Carpaccio, perfectly complemented by the crisp and aromatic

        2022 Domaine du Salvard Cheverny Blanc, Cheverny AOC

        Entrée: For the entrée, you will enjoy:

        • Omnivore Menu: Seared Scallops, served with sautéed organic wild mushrooms and a warm bacon vinaigrette.
        • Vegan Menu: Zucchini Lasagna, with roasted tomatoes, edamame & pepita pesto, and macadamia ricotta.

        2020 François Millet Le Crot a l'Âne Rosé, Sancerre AOC

        Plat Principal: The main course offers:

        • Omnivore Menu: Lamb Shank, accompanied by parmesan polenta, lamb pinot jus, bourbon soy glaze, and caulilini.
        • Vegan Menu: Local Organic Mushrooms with a rich blend of seasonal vegetables, served with couscous.

        2012 Domaine du Roi, Corton-Renardes Grand Cru AOC

        Dessert: The evening will conclude with:

        • Omnivore Menu: Key Lime Cheesecake.
        • Vegan Menu: Grilled Peaches with mixed berries, honey drizzle, and lemon sorbet.

          History of La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs: La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs is the world’s oldest and largest international gastronomic society, founded in Paris in 1248. Originally established as a guild of goose roasters, it evolved over the centuries to embrace a broader culinary tradition. Re-established in 1950, La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs now boasts members in over 80 countries, including professional chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, and gastronomes. The society is dedicated to preserving the camaraderie and pleasures of the table, promoting fine dining, and upholding the high standards of culinary arts.
