Join Chaîne SLC for an evening filled with pasta and wine. Chef / Owner of Bartolo, Alex Bartolo has created a pasta dinner kit, highlighting several regions of Italy. Wines, each unique to the pasta’s region, have been selected. Wines will be available to purchase separately at the DABC. On the night of the event, the dishes and wines will be presented by Chef Bartolo and Vice Chargée de Presse Sue Geary FWS, IWS, SWS.
